Call to change rear seat belt law
A brain injury charity in Jersey is collecting evidence from islanders who have been hurt when not wearing a seat belt in the rear of a car.
Headway is putting together case studies in an attempt to convince States members to make it illegal not to wear rear seat belts.
Sara Durnford-Lloyd from the charity said she needs to collect more hard evidence to help a case.
Unlike the UK, it is not compulsory for adults in Jersey to wear rear belts.
