Woman's car stolen as she sleeps

A car worth £14,000 has been stolen from outside a house in Jersey.

The silver BMW 320, registration J38540, was taken from La Chemin de Herupen in St John in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The owner, a 38-year-old woman, awoke to hear the vehicle being driven away from her property at speed. It had been left locked overnight.

The cabriolet vehicle is described as being in a good condition and has a black roof.
