The booklet and CD, entitled 'Gaelg son Dellal-Manx for Business' has been produced by Adrian Cain, the Manx Heritage Foundation's Language Officer.
It is the latest in a series of publications by the foundation, all of which hope to raise the status and profile of the language.
The foundation said the guide had been supported by a number of local firms.
'Cultural asset'
It includes suggestions on how companies can use Manx, examples of good practice and a CD of Manx phrases suitable for different occasions.
Mr Cain said: "Given the recent advances of the language within the education system, it was hoped that firms might consider using the language in ways that are appropriate for them.
"The language is a great cultural asset for the island and by using it firms can demonstrate a commitment to Manx as a living, relevant language for the 21st Century."
The guide, which is free, will be distributed at various outlets throughout the island.
