Island's e-gambling laws debate

Changes to the rules about how internet gambling is advertised will be debated by Alderney's States.

There is particular concern to avoid attracting the young and vulnerable to gamble.

The new regulations came into place at the beginning of the month but are to be put before the States at its May meeting.

Last year non UK-based e-gambling sites were banned from UK advertising, but Alderney was exempted.
