Bailiff honours racing champion
Guernsey-based car racing champion Andy Priaulx has been honoured in the island by the Bailiff Geoffrey Rowland.
Priaulx, who won the World Touring Car Championship last year for the second time, was guest at a Vin d'Honneur, an official reception, by the bailiff.
Mr Rowland, who has closely followed the career of the 32-year-old BMW driver, told the gathering that the island was proud of Mr Priaulx.
Priaulx said the island's support was "very much appreciated".
