A Russian non-governmental media organisation says it has been forced to stop its work after police seized computers and records from its offices.
Police said the raid on the Educated Media Foundation's Moscow offices was part of an investigation into the NGO's president, Manana Aslamazyan.
She is accused of failing to declare cash she carried into Russia in January after a trip to Paris.
Russian authorities have tightened regulations on foreign-funded NGOs.
Ms Aslamazyan said she does not see the connection between the police raid on her organisation's offices and the 9,550 euros ($12,900, £6,500) - more than the allowed personal limit - she brought into the country in January.
The Educated Media Foundation is part of the Internews group which runs courses for journalists and works to foster independent media around the world.
The Foundation says it received about $1m in funding last year from the United States.
