Britain's largest airline, British Airways, has offered to fly passengers stranded as a result of the collapse of the lo-cost airline Debonair, to their destinations for a quarter of the lowest available fare.
Hundreds of passengers have been left stranded in both Britain and mainland Europe after a court ordered administrators to take charge of the company.
All fourteen of Debonair's aircraft have been grounded.
The airline has failed to make a profit since it was set up four years ago and blamed unrealistic prices charged by its competitors for its bankruptcy.
