Picture gallery: Changing face of Kosovo

Jubilant Kosovo Albanians parade in the streets of Prizren as German peacekeepers move in and Serb forces depart. Hundreds of Serb residents are also fleeing the town.

More than 14,300 allied troops have entered Kosovo in the three days since the international K-For peacekeeping mission began.

Serb troops have until midnight on Tuesday to leave the southern sector of Kosovo.

A Serb armoured vehicle passes a German K-For vehicle as the Serbs pull out of Prizren.

And US Marines move into the town on their way to Gnijlane.

In Kacanik, US peacekeepers cordon off what appears to be one of three mass graves in the area. Locals say they contain the bodies of more than 90 victims of Serb atrocities.

Kosovo Albanians begin heading home as the Serbs leave.

In Beska, Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic receives a warm welcome as he makes his first public appearance since signing the peace agreement. He announced the reconstruction of a key bridge destroyed during the air strikes.
