The huge price-tag has been put on Sparta's 19-year-old playmaker Tomas Rosicky, who made his debut for the Czech Republic in a friendly against Australia in March.
But three of his team-mates for club and country will be moving on, including Vratislav Lokvenc, the Czech league's leading scorer this season with 22 goals.
Lokvenc will be joining Kaiserslautern for a fee approaching £2m along with Sparta defender Petr Gabriel who will cost the German club just under £1m.
The other player set to leave the club is Miroslav Baranek who is also moving to Germany with Cologne.
Baranek plays in midfield and will also cost just under £1m.
All four are in a provisional squad for Euro 2000 and should make the cut for Jozef Chovanec's final 22.
