The 27-year-old writer was booted out of Channel 4's interactive TV experiment last Friday after living for two weeks under constant surveillance with nine other people.
Now she says she has been inundated with offers, and has decided to do a raunchy photo shoot for men's magazine Loaded.
Walkington told the show's website: "I've had loads of offers. The producers of Ali G, who are making another show, want me to do an agony aunt thing.
"But that's just not where I'm headed. So there's been offers like that."
Instead, she is "looking for a cultural angle, very much to do with travelling and alternative lifestyle".
Big Brother contestants in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain have won lucrative offers to strip for magazines, but Walkington said her Loaded appearance "won't be topless or anything", although she is still negotiating with the magazine.
She is now hoping former housemate Andrew is the next to be kicked out. Viewers are choosing between him and telephonist Caroline, and the result will be revealed on Friday.
"I've tried to be objective in interviews, but he was talking about sex all the time," she said.
"He's a slime ball."
Scores of cameras are watching the nine remaining contestants' every move, with their actions transmitted live over the internet and on daily round-ups on Channel 4.
One is being voted out each week until one remains to collect a £70,000 prize.
Wednesday saw the residents creating and rehearsing a play - based on horror film Scream - which was the latest task set for them by the show's producers. It can be seen on Channel 4 on Thursday - or live on the internet at 2230 BST on Wednesday.
