BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball has confirmed on her weekend breakfast show that she is expecting her second child with her husband, DJ Norman Cook.
Ball, 38, told listeners: "I've got some lovely news for you all actually. I'm having a baby."
The former Radio 1 DJ added that she had been looking "green of gills" and was "eating everything in sight."
Ball married Cook, also known as chart-topper Fatboy Slim, in 1999 and they have an eight-year-old son, Woody.
Radio 2 controller Bob Shennan said: "Congratulations to Zoe and Norman in light of the fantastic news that Woody is soon to have a little brother or sister."
BBC career
After a spell in children's TV, Ball was recruited to co-host the BBC Radio 1 breakfast show in October 1997 with Kevin Greening.
She eventually turned solo host before leaving the BBC in 2000.
Since 2006, Ball has provided stand in relief at Radio 2 and was announced as the presenter of the weekend breakfast show on 6 June.
