Keaton 'fine' after film set fall

Diane Keaton

Oscar-winning actress Diane Keaton is "in good health and spirits" after she fell and bumped her head on a film set, the makers of her latest movie say.

Paramount Pictures said on Monday the actress, 63, was taken to hospital for tests but had been "cleared by doctors to return to work tomorrow".

She was injured on the New York set of comedy Morning Glory.

Keaton won the best actress Oscar for Annie Hall in 1978 and was nominated for the award a further three times.

She is co-starring in Morning Glory with Jeff Goldblum, Harrison Ford and Rachel McAdams.

The film stars McAdams as a producer who tries to revive a failed morning show on a news channel.
