Foo Fighters, John Mayer and BB King have been lined up to perform at the first ever Grammy Nominations Concert, according to reports.
US music magazine Billboard said Mariah Carey, LL Cool J and Taylor Swift will serve as co-hosts for the event, being held in Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre.
The show coincides with the opening of the Grammy Museum on 7 December.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the museum. The 51st Annual Grammy Awards take place on 8 February, 2009.
British singer Amy Winehouse won five Grammys at this year's ceremony.
Her awards included song of the year and record of the year, both for her single Rehab, and best new artist.
The Grammy Museum, situated in Los Angeles, will spread across four floors with exhibits dedicated to rock, hip-hop, country, classical, Latin, R&B, and jazz.
The centre aims to "explore and celebrate the enduring legacies of all forms of music; the creative process; the art and technology of the recording process; and the history of the Grammy Awards," according to its website.
