Ms Shackleton was seen leaving the High Court in London with wet hair after the hearing on Monday.

Ms Mills told the BBC she approached Ms Shackleton and said: "I'm not a loser."

She then "poured the whole jug of water on her head", she said. "I was very calm," she added. Ms Mills was awarded £24.3m from Sir Paul in the divorce.

Outside court on Monday, Ms Mills had criticised Ms Shackleton's handling of the case.
