Music producer and TV reality star David Gest is to sell his huge collection of music memorabilia at an auction in London.
More than 120 gold singles and albums, given in recognition of sales of over one million, will go on sale later.
Gest said since appearing in the ITV show, I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! his life has changed.
"I no longer need a lot of the materialistic things I once felt so passionate about," he said.
"When I came out of the jungle, I was giving away so many rare items to my friends that they advised me to put them on auction so that others could at last get enjoyment from them."
'Important collection'
Gest's items also include an archive of signed contracts relating to Motown artists and other stars.
Fan merchandise such as jewellery, toys, games and fashion items from the major pop music performers of the day, including The Beatles and Elvis Presley will also go under the hammer.
A pair of boots worn by actor Joseph Cotten in the film Duel In The Sun, with an original signed lobby card, is estimated to fetch up to £3,000.
Jon Baddeley, Bonhams Group head of entertainment sales, said: "This is without doubt one of the most important collections of late 20th century popular arts ever to come to auction.
"It is an accolade to David Gest, who has over the past 30 years passionately sought out, preserved and curated the thousands of pieces of memorabilia from his collection."
