Sizemore settles over Fleiss case

Tom Sizemore Saving Private Ryan actor Tom Sizemore has settled a legal case brought against him by his former girlfriend, one-time Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

Papers filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court said a resolution was reached but terms were not disclosed.

In 2003, Fleiss alleged emotional distress after Sizemore threatened to try to have her probation revoked.

In a separate incident, the actor was arrested in California last week on suspicion of drug possession.

The 45-year-old actor was detained after drugs were found in his car, police said.

He is currently on parole after an earlier case in which he admitted taking methamphetamine

The actor, who also starred in Black Hawk Down, has also settled a claim brought by an insurance company. But the details of that case were not revealed.
