Charges against American rapper Foxy Brown have been dropped after a deal was reached with her accuser.
The 27-year-old performer attended the New Jersey court to hear that two charges, including making "terroristic threats" would not be pursued.
Former employee Rasheeda Ellis dropped the complaints in return for both sides agreeing not to contact each other and not to discuss the case in the media.
The rapper had been told to attend the court after missing earlier hearings.
Foxy Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, had requested photographers be barred from the court.
The judge refused and ordered Ms Marchand to take her sunglasses off in court. She did not speak in court and did not comment afterward.
Ms Marchand's lawyer described Ms Ellis as a former consultant to her management company.
Last month a New York court gave Ms Marchand three year's probation after she admitted misdemeanor assault charges stemming from a 2004 fight with salon workers over a manicure.
