The audience for the final episode of hit US comedy Friends will be kept from certain scenes of the last show in an effort to keep the ending secret.
The final episode will be shot on Friday, with only key personnel allowed for some scenes.
The six stars of the series held a press conference on Tuesday describing their sadness at the show's end.
"We're like very delicate china right now," said star Jennifer Aniston, who plays Rachel in the show.
"And we're going to smash into a million pieces," added Lisa Kudrow, who plays Phoebe in the show. "It's a deeper loss than I was expecting."

The last episode will be aired in the US in the spring.
Fellow star Matt LeBlanc (Joey) said the programme had taken "a third of my life. LeBlanc will reprise his role in a spin-off in NBC's next season, called Joey.
'Very lucky'
David Schwimmer, who plays Monica's brother Ross in the show, said the cast had become very close during the programme's 10 years.
"We really liked each other from the beginning. We were very lucky," he said.
He said the last episode would live up to fans' expectations.
"We will end up with a sense of a new beginning, and the audience has a sense that it's a new chapter in all of their lives," he said.
Courtney Cox-Arquette, who plays Monica, said she was looking forward to motherhood to take her mind off the end of the show. Last week the actress said she was pregnant and expecting the baby in July.
"I think it's good timing for me because I'll have something to put my focus on," she said.
