Ant and Dec rapped over nudity

The duo's programme, Ant & Dec's Secret Camera Show, was criticised by the Independent Television Commission, which received 32 complaints after featuring partly-masked nudity.

Most complainants were upset by a scene in which a Belgian waitress appeared to squeeze milk from her breast.

The company behind the series, Channel Television, argued it had masked the nudity and it was no more than could be seen on a beach.

But the ITC was concerned young children would be watching, which went out at 1715, and would also be attracted by the show's presenters.

'Titillation'

Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly also host ITV's Saturday morning programme SM:TV Live - which itself has occasionally hit trouble with TV watchdogs.

Upholding the complaints, the ITC said the combination of presenters, timing and content breached its programme code.

It explained: "While the nudity might have been uncontentious on the beach, the whole point was that it was not appropriate in the situations shown.

"In some instances, there was also an element of titillation in the display."

The ITC also upheld complaints about the timing of another show, Lucy Sullivan Is Getting Married.

Viewers complained about two episodes, which both began at 1705, after they featured a sex scene and bad language.

In its report, the ITC said it has "serious concerns about the scheduling of a series which concentrated on the sexual relationships of a group of young adults, so early in the evening".
