School Day: China

Children at class in the Beijing academy What is life like for China's learning generation?

On Friday 24 November schools across Britain will be given the chance to share the day with a school in Beijing, China.

We'll be meeting the teachers and pupils, visiting the classrooms, and finding out everything there is to know about the school day in China.

Little is known about school life in the country with the world's largest population and one of its fastest growing economies.

Earlier this year, students from Our Lady's Convent High School in Hackney, London, visited Beijing Academy of Educational Science Pilot Middle School in China to find out more.
