In pictures: Philippines uprising
Fresh fighting has broken out on the southern Philippine island of Jolo following Monday's uprising by supporters of former rebel leader Nur Misuari.
The military are hunting for Mr Misuari, who has been suspended as governor of the Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The authorities say he is trying to disrupt elections next week in which he is set to lose power.
