Police in Colombia say at least ten small bombs exploded in the northwestern city of Medellin early today Wednesday.
They said one man was killed, apparently while trying to plant one of the bombs.
Reports from Medellin said ELN guerrillas were responsible for the blasts - and for an earlier attack on the oil pipeline to the Caribbean coastal port of Covenas.
