In pictures: Refugee crisis

As the lava still cools over the ruins of Congolese town of Goma following the eruption of Mount Nyiragongo, some 200,000 refugees have flooded back to the area, despite supplies of food and medical supplies running desperately short.

For the 50,000 that remain displaced in Rwandan refugee camps, supplies are scarce and the threat of disease remains constant.
