The man remains in a serious but stable condition at Frimley Park Hospital.
A Thames Valley Police spokeswoman said: "The ambulance service received a call at 0045 reporting that a 40-year-old man had sustained serious neck injuries, believed to have been caused by a knife."
An MoD spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that a member of military staff at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst was admitted to hospital after a domestic incident."
