Man and woman found dead in house

The bodies of a man and a woman have been found at a house in Hertfordshire.

Police were called to the house in Winchdells, Hemel Hempstead, on Wednesday and found the body of a woman aged 40 and a 45-year-old man.

Hertfordshire Police said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.

It is believed the couple died late on Tuesday night or on Wednesday morning and post-mortem examinations are being carried out.

Police are attempting to contact the next of kin.
