A library in Surrey has reopened at a new location after a £2m building plan was completed.
The new Walton Library opens at the Heart complex in the town on Tuesday, with 24,000 items and 26 new computers.
A youth area, funded by a grant from the Robert Phillips Trust, has also been installed, with plasma screens, games consoles, and laptops.
Work on the new site began in October 2007 as part of a Surrey County Council plan to make libraries more accessible.
Helyn Clack of Surrey County Council said it was delighted the new building was open for business.
"The new library will offer a more central site and great access because of its fantastic position among the town shops," she said.
As part of the plan to improve accessibility, Walton Library will be open on Sundays from 1100 BST to 1700 BST.
