Fiennes on Aids mission



In a special mission to mark World Aids Day, actor Ralph Fiennes travelled to Uganda with Unicef, the UN's children's fund, to see the impact that Aids is having on the country.

In his first report for BBC Breakfast News, he meets a family of Aids orphans and looks at medical services in a country ravaged by the disease.
