Clayton stakes claim

The Brazilian Jose Clayton, who took on Tunisian nationality in March, made an impressive debut in a 1-1 draw against Georgia on Saturday.

Imed ben Younes scored for Tunisia in the 80th minute after Manchester City's Georgi Kinkladze had put Georgia ahead just before half-time.

Clayton, a midfielder, has been playing in Tunisia for four years.

Zoubier Beya: out of favour
Tunisia were missing the presence of their playmaker, Zoubier Beya, who has fallen out of favour with coach Henry Kasperczak.

Beya had complained of being substituted during February's African Nations Cup finals in Burkina Faso.

Tunsia are in Group G at the World Cup finals with England, Romania and Colombia.
