The Brazilian Jose Clayton, who took on Tunisian nationality in March, made an impressive debut in a 1-1 draw against Georgia on Saturday.
Imed ben Younes scored for Tunisia in the 80th minute after Manchester City's Georgi Kinkladze had put Georgia ahead just before half-time.
Clayton, a midfielder, has been playing in Tunisia for four years.
Beya had complained of being substituted during February's African Nations Cup finals in Burkina Faso.
Tunsia are in Group G at the World Cup finals with England, Romania and Colombia.
