Potentially the young Russian could become one of the sport's biggest stars.

When he is focused few can live with him on a variety of surfaces.

His best performances have come on clay, but also reached the Paris Indoor final last year proving that he is dangerous on a fast court as well.

Even so, appeared to be going off the rails in the early part of this year, when he was fined for not trying at the Australian Open.

Has a propensity to break racquets, but is back on track since teaming up with former Russian star Andrei Chesnokov.
