Witnesses sought to crash that killed Briton Ferry man

Police have re-appealed for information to a single vehicle crash in which a 31-year-old Briton Ferry man died.

Ceri Stephen Gall's car rolled down an embankment after leaving the the A48 near Pont Abraham in Carmarthenshire.

A front-seat passenger was taken to hospital, but police said his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

It happened about 0025 GMT on Christmas Eve on the eastbound carriageway about a quarter of a mile from the Pont Abraham roundabout.

The carriageway was closed for five hours while the scene was examined and to allow the Hyundai Sante Fe car to be recovered.

Witnesses are asked to contact the Carmarthenshire Roads Policing Unit on 101 within the Dyfed-Powys Police area or 01267 222020 from outside.
