A special shuttle bus service to Tenby town centre is to operate this weekend in the wake of a serious fire at a disused hotel on Easter Sunday.

The free bus link will help improve access to the town after the blaze at the old Royal Gatehouse Hotel.

Pembrokeshire council is providing the bus between North Beach car park and South Parade via The Norton, St John's Hill and Greenhill Road.

The fire led to road closures and disruption last Sunday.

The bus, which will run every 20 minutes between 1000 and 1800 GMT, is aimed at reducing congestion problems.

The five-storey hotel on the seafront was left unsafe after the blaze.

Two men have been released on police bail pending further enquiries into the cause of the fire.
