Man's hand nailed to coffee table
A man has been taken to hospital after police called to his house found his hand had been nailed to a coffee table.

Officers in Swansea say they are not treating the incident as suspicious and were not investigating any further.

Police and an ambulance went to the property at Maytree Close in Morriston around 0330 GMT on Thursday.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said they had not received any complaints and could not comment on whether the incident was a prank or an accident.

He added: "We were sent to an address in Morriston after receiving reports that a man's left hand was nailed to a coffee table.

"It looks like there were other people in the house at the time.

"There are no suspicious circumstances and we just turned up to help the ambulance staff."
