Singer Cerys Matthews is staying with her family in west Wales as she prepares for the birth of her first child next week.
Cerys has carried on performing throughout her pregnancy
The former Catatonia singer is being looked after by her parents at their home in the tiny village of Trevine in Pembrokeshire.
She married Nashville record producer Seth Riddle at the village's chapel back in February.
Hundreds of well wishers stood outside the building as Matthews arrived for the ceremony on the back of a vintage tractor.
She has now returned to west Wales following a short UK tour which kicked-off in Cardiff in June to promote her first solo album Cockahoop.
Cerys Matthews and Seth Riddle wed in February
Her parents Pauline and former hospital surgeon Phillip have lived in the village near Fishguard for more than a decade.
The family previously lived in Swansea and Cerys attended St Michael's private school in Llanelli.
A spokeswoman for her record company confirmed the baby was due on Tuesday.
It is likely Matthews will be taken to the maternity unit at Whithybush Hospital in Haverfordwest when the time comes.
With Catatonia she enjoyed a string of chart hits in the late 1990s including Mulder and Scully and Road Rage.
When the band split up she moved to America where she met her husband while recording her new album in a studio used by Bob Dylan in Nashville, Tennessee.
Cockahoop was generally well received when it was released in May despite being more low-key than Matthews's previous output with Catatonia.
