Murder charge remand in custody

A 42-year-old man has been remanded in custody charged with murdering another man whose body discovered at a house in Rhondda.

Dean Pike appeared before Rhondda magistrates, accused of killing Keith Arthur, 55.

Mr Pike was remanded until 13 November, when he will appear at Merthyr Crown Court.

Mr Arthur's body was found in Park Street, Clydach Vale, on Thursday night.
