An online service allowing patients to comment on an NHS trust has been made available in Polish.
The North Wales NHS Trust has been running the "Tell us what you think" scheme since April, in both Welsh and English languages.
The service now offers a Polish version called "Powiedz Nam Co My?lisz".
The trust said Polish was a common language in the region and the service showed it was trying to "open up to members of the local Polish community".
Patients are invited - in whichever of the three languages they choose - to comment on anything from cleanliness, communication, or the trust in general.
The trust was created earlier this year following the merger of the Conwy and Denbighshire NHS Trust and the North East Wales NHS Trust.
The merger brought more than 11,000 staff together under the same managers to provide health services for over 520,000 people.
