Conwy Council says it has tried to minimise disruption in Dolgarrog

Villagers are concerned by Conwy Council's decision to close a bridge for repairs for 18 months.
Residents of Dolgarrog say they are worried that closing the bridge leading to Hillside, could be "dangerous".
It will affect 28 houses and residents say they would have to reverse down a narrow road.
The bridge is one of six closed recently by the council, which said work had to be conducted on them to ensure public safety.
Dolgarrog community councillor Rita Jones said: "This is dangerous for the residents having to reverse down a narrow road".

Residents are also worried about access for emergency vehicles, which will be unable to turn around and will also have to reverse.
Villagers have been told the bridge could be closed for repairs for up to 18 months, depending on finance.
The council said: "As part of an assessment programme across the county, some bridges have been found to be under-strength and have been closed or a weight limit introduced to ensure public safety.
"Wherever possible we've tried to minimise disruption to businesses and local residents.
"The bridges will remain closed until permanent strengthening work can be carried out," the council added.
