The plant would be on the site of the old Octel works

A company behind a proposal to develop a former chemical plant on Anglesey says it could create 60 jobs.
Canatxx LNG Ltd wants to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant at the Amlwch site, where 100 people lost their jobs in 2003 when a chemical plant closed.
It would mean offloading LNG from a platform 3km (1.8 miles) off shore.
Anglesey Council said it was collecting reaction to the plan before the application goes before councillors.
The company said 300 people attended a public consultation event at Amlwch in July.
"We felt it was important to gather information from the public to gauge support and understand what concerns people may have and this did change our planning application significantly," said Bruce Gibson, the Canatxx site manager.
Canatxx LNG Ltd - which now owns the Amlwch site - is based in Lancashire, and works in the oil and gas industry.
Around 100 people lost their jobs at the site in 2003 when The Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, formerly known as Octel, closed its plant after 50 years in the town.
Anglesey Council said the authority had begun the process of consultation with interested parties before the present application was put before councillors.
"The local planning authority have 16 weeks to determine the application unless an extension of time is agreed," said the council.
"The application is currently being advertised and consultations are being undertake. It will then be necessary to report the matter to the planning committee."
