Clerk faces fraud court case

Sian Wyn Francis arrives in court

A former community council clerk has appeared before Pwllheli magistrates, charged with 29 offences including false accounting.

Sian Wyn Frances, 47, from Llanarmon near Pwllheli used to work as a clerk for four community councils in Llyn and Eifionydd.

The offences including 20 of false accounting, allegedly occurred between 2002 and 2005.

Magistrates sent the case to be heard at Caernarfon Crown Court on 17 March.
