Search continues for missing teen

Robert has not been seen since he left the caravan park
Rescue teams and police are continuing to search for a 17-year-old youth who has gone missing in Snowdonia.

Robert Marshall, from Llandudno, was last seen by his brother leaving a caravan park in Bethesda, near Bangor, at about 2230 BST on Wednesday.

Ogwen Mountain Rescue Team, police officers and search dogs had been looking for the teenager out in the countryside and in Bethesda itself.

CCTV footage of the local area is also being scrutinised.

And police are urging local people to check their sheds and outbuildings for any sign of the teenager.

Police have said they are growing increasingly concerned about him.

Robert was staying with his family at the Ogwen Bank Caravan Park and Country Club, which is alongside a fast-flowing river.

The teenager is described as 5ft 10in tall and stocky, with short dark hair. He was wearing a light blue hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

Anyone who may have seen Robert or an someone matching his description is asked to contact their local police station or North Wales Police on 0845 607 1002 (English) or 0845 607 1001 (Welsh).
