Parry Evans factory evacuated after paper blaze

A paper recycling factory was evacuated after around 100 bales of paper caught fire.

Nine fire appliances were at the scene of the blaze at the Parry Evans factory on Deeside Industrial Estate in Flintshire.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said crews were working to prevent heat damage to nearby buildings.

The cause of the blaze is not yet known and further investigations were expected to take place.
