Baby 'poorly' after pond incident

A one-year-old boy is in a serious condition in hospital after being found lying in a pond at a house in Flintshire.

The child was discovered at a property in Hawarden on Saturday.

North Wales Police confirmed they had been called to the incident at about 1900 BST.

The boy is being treated at Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool. His condition is described as "very poorly".
