Woman charged over OAP road death

A woman has been charged with causing the death of a 76-year-old pensioner by dangerous driving.

Theresa Bhandari died in July 2008, six days after she was injured in a two-vehicle collision at Queensferry, Flintshire.

North Wales Police said a 35-year-old woman had been charged over her death, and with having no insurance.

The woman, who has not been named, is due to appear before Mold magistrates on 18 November.
