If plans are approved, the company hopes to start work in the Spring
Plans for a £4m "office village" which it is claimed could create more than 140 jobs have been submitted to Flintshire County Council.

If plans are approved, Prospect (GB) Ltd wants to start developing derelict land at the Aber Park Industrial Estate, Flint, in the spring.

The company wants to build nine office units offering 24,629 square feet (2,288 square metres).

The authority said it had not yet received the application.

Prospect (GB) Ltd said it would be an "exciting" time to develop around Flint, following a £1.1m revamp of the town centre.

Managing director Chris Heath said: "If this regeneration is to continue, then carefully planned and sensitively built office developments are needed to help bring more jobs and prosperity to the area.

"Our proposals will provide modern and well connected office accommodation for businesses within the Aber Park Industrial Estate and significantly contribute to a sustainable economic future for Flint."
