The men were attacked at around 2200 BST on Wednesday in Chester Street.

Two of the victims were treated for facial injuries in hospital.

Det Inspector Jeremy Vaughan, of North Wales Police, said: "We would like to reassure the public that this incident will be investigated by a dedicated team of officers."

He added: "All lines of inquiry will be vigorously pursued. Police patrols in the area will also be stepped up."

One of the victims was kept in hospital overnight.
