Computers at the council's headquarters have been affected

Two viruses have infected a council computer network, say officials.
Powys council said the problems were discovered last week and had been an "inconvenience", but no crucial data had been lost as a result.
Officials have not identified the source of the outbreak, which has affected personal computers and laptops at offices around the county.
A Powys council spokesman said 500 virus-related calls had been logged with the authority's IT experts.
The spokesman added: "We can confirm that the council's computer network was attacked by two viruses last week.
"These have now been successfully contained and the council's IT staff are now working to ensure its systems are returned to their full working capacity.
"No crucial data has been lost because of this virus."
The council said the viruses had been an "inconvenience" as they affected a number of personal computers and laptops, and restricted a "number of office staff in carrying out their work duties fully".
The spokesman said: "But staff have been able to access emails and other corporate IT systems and have continued to carry out the majority of their work duties."
