University's research into mirrors for giant telescope

Glyndwr University in Wrexham is helping to make a vital part of what will become the world's largest telescope.

Researchers are developing prototype mirrors for what's called the "European Extremely Large Telescope", which is expected to be completed by 2018.

Matthew Richards reports.
