How law-making in Wales works


Making law in Wales using devolved powers has often been described as a game of political pinball, between the assembly in Cardiff Bay and Westminster.

BBC Wales correspondent Wyre Davies explains how the law-making process works and the work of the All Wales Convention, which has been consulting the public on further powers.
