A man has become the 10th person in Wales to find themselves a millionaire after a Premium Bond jackpot win. The winner lives in the are formerly known as Clwyd, which included the newer counties of Conwy, Flintshire, Denbighshire, and Wrexham. His bond was bought in August 1997, and is part of £20,000 worth he holds. His winning bond was numbered 38JZ040498. The winner becomes the UK's 238th National Savings & Investments (NS&I) Premium Bond millionaire. Three other Premium Bond holders listed as living in the former county of Clwyd can still receive £1,000 each after failing to claim their money in previous prize draws. NS&I has tried to trace these winners, but so far without success.
