Man in hospital after road crash

A man is in hospital with serious injuries following a road crash on the A470 in Llandudno.

The road was closed for more than three hours following the incident which happened at 1400 GMT on Saturday near St David's College.

North Wales Police said only a grey Honda Prelude was involved, and there were no other occupants of the car.

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact 0845 6071001 (Welsh) or 0845 6071002 (English).
