What will history make of Rhodri Morgan when he steps down as leader of Welsh Labour and as first minister in the Welsh assembly since 2000?

Assessing his legacy are political analyst Dr Richard Wyn Jones, along with former Labour MEP Eluned Morgan, and two of his predecessors as leader of Welsh Labour, the ex-Caerphilly MP Ron Davies, and Cardiff South and Penarth MP Alun Michael.
